I follow your blog (and a few others) through email. I dislike having to stroll through a number of sites just to see if someone has posted something new, or updated something. I hate to make more work for people who are already stretched thin, but I don't have the time or the technology to figure out the alternative on my own.
I believe the option is built in with my Wordpress format. :(
